The Recruiting Systems and Data Coordinator will provide support firmwide to the legal recruiting team with applicant tracking system, data and reports and will support the recruiting team with other recruiting systems and social media outlets.
Primary job duties include:
Administer and maintain applicant tracking, candidate scheduling and evaluation, and summer associate work allocation systems. This includes maintaining and updating “back-end” configuration, creating and updating templates and standard reports, and coordinating any system upgrades with the system vendor.
Develop and present training for all recruiting staff - including those in legal recruiting and staff recruiting - on applicant tracking system. This includes initial training for new users as well as ongoing training for all users. Develop training and reference materials. Respond to questions and requests from staff related to applicant tracking system. Serve as liaison with internal technical support as well as vendor technical support.
Monitor, maintain and ensure accuracy of applicant and recruiting data in applicant tracking system; identify and follow up on missing and inaccurate data; generate standard and ad hoc reports as requested, including responses to external surveys; provide basic analysis of recruiting data.
Support registration for fall on-campus recruiting, including registration through law schools’ Symplicity systems. Generate end-of-season reports as requested by schools.
Maintain recruiting content on firm website. Support recruiters’ use of LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook accounts. Post attorney positions to firm website, law schools and websites common to all offices.
The candidate must possess outstanding attention to detail. Excellent Excel skills are required. Advanced knowledge of MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience with viRecruit and Symplicity as well as experience with website maintenance and social media platforms used for recruiting (LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook).
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
