This position reports to the Asset Manager ensuring this iconic property operations efficiently and provides the best of service to its tenants, visitors, and community.
Major duties and responsibilities:
FINANCIAL Develops and manages the budget. Timely collection of rents, manage and complete account reconciliations and tenant follow up; ensures tenant is compliant with all lease requirements and implements the SOPs. Provides monthly and quarterly financial reports. Responsible for collecting sales reports monthly.
•Ensure lease compliance of retail tenants. •Ensures on-site maintenance repairs are managed appropriately •Maintains and implements strict performance to the property’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). •Maintains electronic and hard copy records in accordance with company policies in an organized manner. •Ensures cleanliness and safety throughout the property including vacant spaces. •Manages the on-site tenant improvement activities. Responds promptly to emergency situations. •Recommends and implements capital improvements •Monitors tenant sales and works to increase tenant sales actively. •Monitors contract services including contract management, performance, payables, etc.
•Maintains strict confidentiality •Interacts with all levels of management •Performs other duties as assigned •Works extended hours, including nights and weekends
Minimum Education and Experience: •Position requires a Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S) in Business Administration •Or a minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of Property Management, Marketing Management or Operations Management
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: •Strong interpersonal skills •Proficient in MS Word and Excel •Accounting or related experience, consistent with GAAP •Strong financial reporting experience •Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy •Proficient in Real Estate accounting software •Understanding of commercial Leases •Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or 5 - 7 years Property Management, Marketing Management or Operations Management experience
