Responsible for providing support to City legal department attorneys and staff including, but not limited to, preparation and filing of legal documents for all civil and/or criminal matters including alcohol and tobacco law violations, civil infraction and small claims cases, traffic and simple misdemeanor cases, real estate transactions, condemnation hearings and municipal hearings and all financial transactions. This position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years of additional schooling, 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have proficient secretarial skills, including knowledge and experience with PC’s and computer software and applications. Prior administrative legal experience preferred.
