With 57 offices and 800+ attorneys, Jackson Lewis is seeking an Associate Immigration Attorney in its Boston, MA office.
In this role, the Associate Immigration Attorney will work with the Immigration Principal in the Boston office to prepare and file petitions and applications for submission to US government agencies and consular posts for non-immigrant (L, H, TN, O, E) and immigrant status, in particular PERM filings, for foreign nationals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and file petitions and applications for submission to US government agencies and consular posts for non-immigrant (L, H, TN, O, E) visa submissions and PERM filings.
Work collaboratively with other Jackson Lewis Immigration attorneys and paralegals in day-to-day work on cases.
Stay abreast of current Immigration legislation and contribute to the Immigration practice group’s online blog
Advise clients on I-9 and E-Verify compliance and corporate immigration policies and strategies.

Skills and Educational Requirements:
JD from an accredited law school in the United States
Member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar preferred, but members of other state Bars will be given consideration
In depth PERM experience as well as strong experience in a broad range of nonimmigrant categories
At least three years of demonstrated professional experience working with multiple high-volume business immigration clients
Excellent communication, writing and detail-oriented skills.
Demonstrated track record of providing exceptional service to clients while working in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Additional Salary Information: Salary commensurate with experience.
