“Crimmigration” has been described as the intersection of criminal law and immigration law. While some criminal defense attorneys dabble in immigration law, and some immigration lawyers dip their toes in the criminal defense arena, only a handful of law firms nationwide can truly say that their attorneys can provide top quality immigration and criminal defense services. Law Offices of Matthew H.... Green is proud to be one of those firms.
We are a full-service criminal defense and immigration law firm. Our attorneys represent clients with cases in state Superior Courts and courts of limited jurisdiction, the Arizona Immigration Courts, and before all components of the Department of Homeland Security. We also have a robust immigration appellate practice, and our attorneys argue cases at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals several times a year. The firm is recognized for its leadership and excellence in crimmigration law, and Mr. Green has lectured regularly over the years on criminal and immigration law topics for the State Bar of Arizona, the Arizona Public Defender’s Association (APDA), and locally and nationally for the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
