CEDR HR Solutions is a successful and growing Tucson-based company in its 11th year of business. Our members include over 1700 medical and dental practices, from 2- 200 employees, located in every state of the US. We provide professionally drafted and customized employment handbooks, employment compliance guidance, and HR support to employers and their authorized managers.
We have two openings on our Solution Center HR Advisor team. Advisors support members by identifying potential risks and providing practical solutions and effective management strategies to help our members make confident and compliant decisions about managing their employees. Our focus is on avoiding the conflicts that can lead to a claim or liability, arming the member with appropriate documentation, and finding practical business solutions. We offer an informed, confidential, neutral, and non-judgmental perspective.
Primary job functions:
Conduct handbook customization sessions;
Coaching and Training managers and doctors on employment law topics;
Prepare HR documentation for members, such as corrective actions, leave of absence letters, offer letters, etc.;
Provide excellent customer service and support;
Contract customization and drafting;
Business and Management Guidance;
Research and writing projects as assigned;
Speaking and Training opportunities.
This is an at-will, full-time position in our centrally located our Tucson, Arizona headquarters. Telecommuting is not permitted.
The ideal candidate is a lawyer with employment law or business background, with a demonstrated interest in pursuing a non-traditional legal career. We are not a law firm, and do not represent our members in any disputes. This is a unique position requiring an open mind and desire to make a positive difference for business owners every day.

Comprehensive training is provided on all aspects of this position, including employment law and our software systems. This training process can take 6 months to a year, and so we are looking for serious candidates committed to building a career in lovely Tucson, AZ. We are an EOE.
