The Denver office of Hogan Lovells US LLP is seeking a junior to mid-level associate lawyer to join our Medical Devices group of our Food Drug, Medical Device and Agriculture practice to work primarily on medical device postmarket compliance and enforcement matters; work on pre-submission matters is also likely.  We operate on a global scale, coordinating among lawyers in offices in all of the world’s major markets to sequence and streamline regulatory approvals and advise on compliance and enforcement matters.  In the U.S., we’ve been helping companies get new products approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) since the Medical Device Amendments of 1976 were signed into law.
