Under the supervision of the Court Improvement Program Director, develops and conducts ongoing training for volunteer guardians ad litem and the attorneys who represent them. Fills in for circuit/county court liaisons when needed, including review of case files, preparation of information sheets for the court, resolution of issues that could cause delays, and observation of court hearings. Assists in identification of training needs, preparation of performance reports, and other duties to support the Court Improvement Program.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree and 4 years or bachelor's degree and 6 years relevant experience in business, public administration or administrative services. A law degree and 3 years of relevant experience also qualifies. Relevant experience for this position is defined as professional experience in the child welfare system.
