We are seeking a motivated IME/WC Coordinator, who is able to easily communicate with patients and physicians alike. Candidates must possess excellent organization and prioritization skills. Excellent customer service skills are a must in this role. This position is located at our Corporate location in Westchester, IL and reports to the Scheduling Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The ability to really listen to customers to provide great service.
Clear communication skills via phone and email.
Thorough knowledge of the Midwest Orthopaedics policies and protocols.
Strong time management skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to any changes and revisions presented.
Excellent phone and data entry skills.
Experience in communications with customer service professionals that includes insurance adjusters, attorneys-law firms, nurse case managers, etc... to obtain authorization for patients with work related injuries.
Booking, coordinating and rescheduling patient appointments
Answering telephone calls, screening calls, and maintaining current physician schedules. This position is very busy with a high volume of calls.
Excellent organization and prioritization skills are required.
The successful candidate must be able to meet deadlines and assist other team members when necessary.
Superior customer service skills are needed to excel in this position.
