Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, a leading global law firm with 22 offices worldwide, is seeking a Senior Attorney Development and Recruiting Coordinator who will be responsible for the recruitment, development and administration of professional personnel for its Boston office. This position reports to the firmwide Directors of Recruiting and Development. Attorney Recruiting Responsibilities: Leads all aspects of law student, lateral and judicial clerk recruiting. Manages the summer associate program, including event planning, training, assignments, evaluations and summer hiring meetings. Oversees on-campus recruitment process, travels to campus recruiting events and attends other firm-sponsored events throughout the year. Attorney Development Responsibilities: Partners with attorney development department and manages implementation and oversight of attorney professional development and training programs, women's initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts.

Three years of recruiting/development experience (law firm preferred). Bachelor's degree preferred.
