Small, well-established Phoenix plaintiff's personal injury firm looking for a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. The position is ideal for someone with one to three years of professional legal experience and is looking to expand their knowledge amongst detail-oriented attorneys and staff who care about their relationships with clients and the quality of their work product. Litigation experience preferred.
Graduated from an accredited law school
Admission to the State Bar of Arizona
One to three years of professional experience
Knowledge of the principles, methods, materials and practices of legal research
Extensive writing skills, including the ability to prepare legal memoranda, opinions, legal documents, briefs, resolutions, ordinances and other legal correspondence
Enhanced communication skills, including the ability to interview witnesses, coordinate with insurance companies, healthcare providers and law offices, and discuss legal issues with partners.
Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with clients, co-employees, healthcare providers, other law firms, court officials and the general public.
Must have strong computer skills, including the ability to learn/use office case management software
