Overview: The counsel will serve as HollyFrontier’s environmental and litigation counsel as a key member of a legal team that is highly valued by the company and its leadership. The counsel will report directly to the HollyFrontier General Counsel and work closely with employees at every level within the organization. The counsel will be expected to provide oversight, counseling and legal advice/support on environmental and litigation matters, as well as certain employment related matters. A minimum of twelve years of experience as a licensed attorney is required. A background in the petroleum refining industry is strongly preferred.

Compensation: Salary and title commensurate with experience.
Experience: A minimum of 12 years’ experience as a licensed attorney with progressive and strong experience in a broad range of areas, including environmental, litigation management and employment law. Strong preference for candidates in the petroleum refining industry.
