We have an opening for an Attorney Recruiting Assistant who will provide administrative support for a wide variety of functions related to the Attorney Recruiting and Diversity & Inclusion programs, including but not limited to: planning and implementation of the summer associate program and law school student interview programs; interview scheduling; new hire processing; and updating and maintaining our recruiting database. This position will also provide administrative support to our Director of Attorney Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion with respect to various firm diversity initiatives and matters. Additionally, the position may provide administrative support to the Professional Development Department for the duration of the annual attorney review cycle, including coordinating and scheduling delivery of the attorney reviews. The position involves regular contact (verbal and written) with attorneys and personnel throughout the firm.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree, and at least two years of prior experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional services environment. The successful candidate possesses exceptional organization skills, is a self-starter, professional, responsible, and detail oriented. Other essential qualifications include strong verbal and written communication skills, a strong client service orientation, the ability to excel in a fast-paced, demanding environment, proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to enter and manipulate information in a database, preferably LawCruit.
