Manager of Hiring, OnRamp Fellowship — Diversity Lab LLC Diversity Lab, which combines data, behavioral science, and technology to create and experiment with new and innovative ways to boost diversity and inclusion in leadership, is seeking a Manager of Hiring for its hallmark initiative, the OnRamp Fellowship. OnRamp places talented women lawyers who have taken an extended hiatus from practice in one-year, paid fellowships with top law firms and legal departments. The Manager will support OnRamp’s partnership with participating law firms and legal departments through proactive communication and collaboration, including (1) ensuring that firm and department vacancies are posted to OnRamp’s website and appropriately marketed, (2) managing the candidate submission and review process with firms and legal departments, and (3) collaborating with other team members to manage all other aspects of the Fellowship program, including tracking interview and placement data.
The ideal candidate has experience in legal talent management and strong organizational and client service skills. Other skills, including attention to detail, ownership, planning, initiative, eagerness to learn, intellectual curiosity, oral advocacy, and excellent writing are must-haves. This is a work from home opportunity, as Diversity Lab is a virtual office. This position can be located anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for Colorado, California, and Massachusetts.
