Perkins Coie LLP is recruiting for an HR Administrator to join the Human Resources team. This position coordinates the administration of the annual and mid-year evaluation processes for associates, counsel, senior counsel, other attorneys and patent agents.
Maintaining process calendars, timelines and task lists;
Updating and maintaining written materials and annual communications;
Responding to inquiries and requests for information about processes and about process participants;
Coordinating all committee meeting logistics, including group meetings and individual member meetings;
Coordinating set-up and testing of the online evaluation and document management and distribution tools;
Uploading, maintaining, distributing and tracking all evaluation process documents.
Qualified candidates will have the ability to coordinate multiple processes and tasks with competing priorities and will also be able to multi-task with continued attention to detail while meeting demanding deadlines. A successful applicant will have a proven track record of working well under pressure and strong problem-solving skills. Must be able to organize and maintain significant numbers and types of documents. Exceptional customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality are required. Must have a thorough understanding of MS office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and advanced Excel skills and must be able to accurately type at least 40 wpm. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience with 3 years handling highly complex processes, or equivalent. Experience in a professional services environment is preferred; legal experience is beneficial. Location is in Seattle.
