Promoting and ensuring effective use of current litigation technology in the Firm.
Develop Firm e-discovery policies and procedures.
Provide and manage internal litigation support staff.
Consult and collaborate with various practice teams to define project specifications, workflow and or issues that may arise.
Preform data culling and processing using iPro tools including but not limited to, extraction of metadata, extracted text, imaging, de-duplication, near native analysis, email threading and productions.
Execute complicated searches in both our hosting and other Cloud platforms
Create custom coding fields, forms and tagging palette for document review, deposition and trial preparation
Potentially work additional hours beyond regular schedule to meet practice team needs
Perform quality control on processed data as well as export and package deliveries for review platforms both internal and external when needed.
Document actions taken while performing processing tasks in workflow application
Provide troubleshooting services to clients (hosting support)
Provide training to internal attorneys and staff.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Strong written and oral communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment as both a team player and independently
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously a necessity
Understanding and experience with all phases of EDRM model
Knowledge of industry standard litigation software (i.e. iPro, LAW, Concordance, Summation, Relativity, Nuix, etc.)
Working knowledge of iPro products and services.
Familiarity with manipulating electronic data (metadata), image files and relevant native file types.
Experience with using Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Access for formatting, creating formula’s, tools, etc.).
Ability to create documentation on complicated tasks to create repeatable processes
Strong analytical/critical thinking and problem solving.
Requires a 5 year minimum experience in e-Discovery and litigation support.
