Bryan Cave is seeking a dynamic Legal Recruiting & Development Administrator to join our Washington, D.C., office and lead law student, entry-level and lateral lawyer recruiting.
The Legal Recruiting & Development Administrator will work closely with firm leaders, including the Office Managing Partner, Client Service Group Leaders, Partners and the Legal Recruiting & Development Director to identify hiring needs and execute recruiting initiatives. The Administrator will create and lead the Washington, D.C., Summer Associate Program. This position will also support the implementation of Firmwide professional development programming in the office and in coordination with the Firm’s Professional Development team.
Qualified professionals will have a few years of experience in law firm recruiting, or equivalent experience. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
