Wolf Greenfield currently has an opening for an Intake Paralegal. This paralegal would assist the various Practice Groups with intake of new patent files and will also be responsible for additional prosecution related projects as workload allows.
Coordination with attorney, client and/or prior counsel regarding items needed to complete intake.
Management of individual intakes including preparation of master lists, review/preparation of docket reports, flagging of urgent files, mapping of patent families, inventorying of files and forwarding of files to IP Services.
Troubleshooting missing required items and working with prior counsel, Library and/or foreign associates to obtain necessary information, documents or copies of files.
Preparation and filing of customer no. uploads, power of attorney documents for US matters, and 3.73b/c documents.
Additional patent prosecution related projects.
Billing goal of 1200 hours annually.

Minimum of 5 years of prior experience with foreign filing and/or patent prosecution required.
BS/BA or equivalent experience required.
Must possess excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

Must be able to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
