Representation of clients before administrative agencies and courts, including U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Department of Labor, the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the federal courts. Attorney will draft petitions and forms related to business, family, and asylum cases as well as research and draft briefs for administrative cases and federal litigation. Attorney will engage in direct communication with clients, including gathering evidence and facts to prepare immigration filings and track their progress until final adjudication. Any candidate must be detail-oriented and hyper-organized, with strong case management and writing skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume caseload environment, while offering clients thorough and individualized representation.

Candidate must be admitted to a State Bar.
