Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct preliminary candidate interviews and facilitate additional candidate screening processes.
Schedule candidate phone interviews and in-person interviews with DWT attorneys and clients.
Communicate with staffing agencies and assist with candidate correspondence.
Manage job posting for all open positions.
Assist with management of team website and LinkedIn page.
Maintain candidate submission data and update in the applicant tracking system in real-time and as needed.
Proactively identify talent through various sources including postings, social networking, internet research, referrals, and direct recruiting.
Evaluate DWTSurge demands and design and execute recruiting strategies based on practice area, level of experience, and geography.
Assist in the development, management, and improvement of the DWTSurge technology platform.
Support key stakeholders in using the DWTSurge technology platform.
Assist with the invoicing approval, submission, payment, and invoice reconciliation process.
Run reports as requested.
Coordinate and submit technology and access requests to DWT IT resources and Information Governance for incoming program attorneys.
Assist in scheduling meetings and training sessions for new program attorneys.
Track and maintain up-to-date conflicts information and engagement terms for program attorneys.
Collaborate with DWT Word Processing and Secretarial Services regarding program attorney timekeeping and billing.
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ recruiting and administrative experience required. Experience in a law firm or other professional services organization is a plus.
Prior Applicant Tracking System/ Contact Management System experience for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates required.
Experience executing multiple recruiting strategies in time-sensitive conditions.
Proficient in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of a professional services organization are required.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as in team settings.
Ability to travel as necessary to support face-to-face meetings (e.g. office visits or attendance at regional or local office meetings).
Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, follow-up, follow-through, and priority setting skills are required; demonstrated ability to practice good judgment.
Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision, required.
Must be flexible and able to handle multiple assignments as well as adjust to shifting priorities.
