Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Planning and Sales Support, this role leads in case discovery discussions with our highly successful Wealth Advisors and Concierge Planning team. In that capacity, serves as the point of contact for case review and determination and strategy and comprehensive solution discussions, creating solutions to address complex Estate, Business and Wealth Management and Transfer goals. This role will also develop and deliver engaging and inclusive presentations to Advisors, their clients, and Home Office Leadership around our Advanced Planning services and capabilities.
Bring Your Best! What this role needs:
Bachelors Degree and Juris Doctorate with 8+ years of legal experience in a law firm, insurance or financial services company
Licensed to practice law in at least one state
Solid understanding of insurance and investment products; NM product knowledge a plus
Demonstrated expertise working in the Advanced Planning and Retirement Planning, in addition to Business, Estate and High Net Worth Markets
Strong written skills articulating complex concepts and financial data in the plan
Effectively communicates and engaging interpersonal skills, both written and verbal with a diverse client base and financial needs
Experience and knowledge with planning tools, a plus
Proven ability to build rapport and exercise tact, diplomacy
Ability to travel as needed to conduct training, planning and coaching seminars
Resident of the state of WI with reasonable proximity to Milwaukee, WI.
Other designations and licensing strongly preferred:
LLM, CFP, CPA, MBA
