This position supports the Office of General Counsel by performing substantive legal work of limited to moderate scope and complexity under the supervision of an attorney and assisting in managing the operations of a busy in-house legal office.

Required Qualification Summary:
Bachelor's degree required.
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a paralegal in a law firm or a corporate legal department with a strong background in business and contract law required.
Must have Notary Public License; or agree to obtain Notary license within the first year of employment.
Demonstrated, strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
