The Paralegal Studies Program at FDU employs active attorneys to teach in its ABA Approved program. Attorney-Instructor expertise can be civil litigation, contracts, real estate and mortgages, family law, criminal law, torts, corporate law, and estates, wills and trusts or a legal specialty. Positions available Day and Evening at the Metro (Teaneck) campus and Day at the Florham campus.
Active attorney Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check. Candidates for hire will be required to sign a waiver authorizing the background check and produce a Social Security Card.
