We represent leading institutions, primarily in Maryland, with a concentration in healthcare and education. We are seeking experienced paralegals to join our team. The position requires that you work in the office in Baltimore, Maryland.
Position summary: As with any business practice, you would be expected to prepare H, L, TN petitions, labor certifications, immigrant petitions and applications for permanent residency. Prepare in-depth factual and/or analytical responses to Requests for Evidence and DOL Audit requests, including research on current case law and supporting regulations.You will work with attorneys to manage caseloads from intake through processing and filing. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of types of cases, not just one type.
In our practice, you will have substantial client contact. Environment: Small office with big firm resources and clients. Teamwork expected and individual contributions rewarded.

Extensive experience handling business related immigration matters including labor certifications. Ability to manage a caseload independently. Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.The ideal candidate should have at least two years business-related immigration experience including labor certifications.
