Law Offices of Brelje and Associates, P.C. is seeking an experienced business immigration paralegal. Qualified candidates should have at least two (2) years of business immigration (employment based, H, L, TN, PERM, etc.) experience. Experience with physician immigration (J-1 Conrad Waiver and physician NIW) a plus. Our paralegals have significant client contact and applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding organizational and time management skills, experience with case management software, and be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment.
Duties include preparation of petitions, with a specific focus on H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, O-1, E-2, PERM, AOS and I-140. Paralegals also assist with client intake, confer with attorneys to develop case strategy, and offer client support including updating and managing status reports with employer clients.
