The Recruiting Technology Coordinator is responsible for analysis, process definition, training, administration and functional support needed to ensure effective use of standard recruiting processes and supporting technology. The Coordinator will help forecast recruiting technology needs during an annual technology review process and will participate in initiatives related to lawyer hiring and onboarding, including the Human Capital Management system (HRIS).
Responsibilities include administration of the following systems used in lawyer recruiting:
viDesktop (SelfApply, Applicant Tracking (ATS), Interview Scheduling, Work Allocation, and Evaluations); SharePoint (used for Recruiting Resource Center, Office Summer Programs, and Firm Intranet); DocuSign; and others, as needed.
The Coordinator is responsible for defining functional requirements for department technology solutions; analyzing, prioritizing, and responding to user issues and requests, writing training manuals, training users, and providing process improvements. Duties also include testing and implementing system upgrades, developing and testing reports, as well as completing special projects as assigned.
Four-year college degree.
Experience using web based databases and data reporting.
Effective strategic planning and program management skills.
Aptitude for analytical thinking and problem solving.
Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships.
Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with expertise in Excel.
Prior recruiting experience is preferred, either in a law firm or law school career services setting.
