We have an exciting opportunity for an Attorney Recruiting Manager in the Attorney Recruiting Department in the Atlanta, GA office of Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. We are searching for someone who wants to be a valued contributor and an important member of a talented and dynamic team of attorneys and staff.
The Attorney Recruiting Manger is responsible for leading many of the goals and activities of Eversheds Sutherland’s Attorney Recruiting Department. The department facilitates recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for law clerks, summer associates, entry-level associates, lateral associates, and lateral partners. The team is also responsible for summer program event planning, law school event logistics, and networking opportunities for candidates and attorneys.
This collaborative position offers many opportunities to interact with students, staff, attorneys, and vendors. Candidates should possess the ability to concentrate on details, prioritize responsibilities, maintain an appropriate level of professionalism, and manage a team. The ideal candidate is conscientious, self-motivated, and well-organized.
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Advance recruiting strategies set forth by the Director of Attorney Recruiting.
Implement uniform hiring policies across practice groups and offices.
Manage the recruiting process for partner, associate, and alternative title candidates.
Supervise the recruiting process for summer associates and additional law student positions.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Attorney Recruiting for department management, reports, and projects.
Performing other work-related responsibilities as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
A minimum of ten years of recruiting experience is required; experience in a law firm or professional services organization is highly preferred.
Must have extensive computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required.
