De Castro Foden, LLC is seeking to immediately hire a full time Attorney in immigration law. The Attorney will be responsible for representing clients at USCIS interviews in various adjustment of status applications, citizenship, and representing unaccompanied minors in their petitions for residency. A candidate who speaks Spanish or Portuguese will be preferred.

Our practice currently has 5 attorneys, who are fully supported by our outstanding team of 10 paralegals and administrative assistants, most of whom have been with the firm for 10-20 years. *Admitted to any state bar within the United States. Admission to the Connecticut bar is a plus but not required; *2-5 years experience in immigration law; *Strong writing skills and experience with samples of brief writing/written advocacy; and *Fluency as a bilingual speaker in Spanish or Portuguese perferred.
