The Arizona Court of Appeals Division One is accepting applications for a position on its central legal staff. Primary duties will be researching and writing legal memoranda and draft decisions in connection with petitions for post-conviction relief.
This is a Regular, Full-time, exempt level position. This position is open for internal and external recruitment.

Applicants must be a member of the State Bar of Arizona with a strong academic background. The position requires
excellent research and writing skills. A candidate’s work history should reflect writing and analytical ability. The court prefers candidates with at least two years of criminal litigation experience. Applicants should be proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
