Position Summary: Founded in 1947 CEB is one of California's oldest and most prestigious legal information and continuing legal education providers. CEB publishes judgments of California case law, practical guidance for attorneys and, CLE all in a variety of practice areas and formats e.g. print, online and, in-person.
As a Sales Development Representative, you are a master of building pipeline (Sales Qualified Leads) within specific geographies, market segments and/or campaigns. You leverage emails, calls, and social selling tools to identify credible sales opportunities for our experienced sales team. You love customer conversations, evangelizing brands, and are passionate about helping California attorneys move to modern legal business solutions.

Duty 1: A1. Outbound prospecting to companies through outbound calling, e-mail, marketing campaigns, etc. (E)
A2. Collaborate with and leverage Sales and Marketing teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities. (E) A3. Work to develop 5+ touches for all leads. (E)
A4. Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of CEB's product suite in order to present and articulate product features, benefits and overall solutions.(E)
A5. Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using SalesForce. (E)
A6. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for activity and appointments. (E)
A7. Conduct high level discovery and educational conversations with all levels of management in targeted accounts. (E)

Job Requirements Strong experience or interest in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Systems mindset with strong analytical thinking
