Organization: We seek a highly motivated applications analyst/programmer to join the Desktop and Applications Services team that primarily supports the Windows 10/Office/System Center Configuration Manager environment and application automation along with other client/server application infrastructures.
Job Summary: The Applications Analyst/Programmer will join a team that supports the Firm’s desktop/laptop and client/server technologies . Primary responsibilities are:
Configuring, implementing, testing and supporting desktop applications and operating systems via System Center Configuration Manager utilizing scripting or other programming languages. . (Including but not limited to the Microsoft Office Suite and the Windows 10 OS and macOS).
Administering System Center Configuration Manager and Operating System Deployments.
Deploying security updates and software patches.
Developing test automation for desktop, web and mobile applications using Ranorex.
Developing and supporting workflows/processes/custom interfaces using K2, IntApp Integrate and MS SQL server.
Developing and supporting application add-ins for Windows 10 and the Microsoft Office Suite using VSTO and C#.
Understanding and being able to support Office 365 related technologies
Supporting third level escalation tickets that come in from our Support Center and local support teams.
Working with both internal and 3rd party developers
Qualifications: We are looking for an experienced programmer/analyst with well-rounded project management and communication skills. Technical skills should include:
Ability to work efficiently with all levels of managements and IS departments to provide analysis, project plan and update.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Office and System Center Configuration Manager and macOS
Intermediate to Advanced .NET, C#, PowerShell skills
Working knowledge of TFS
Microsoft SQL Server, including SSIS and SSRS
Experience with iManage, IntApp and SharePoint
5+ years as an applications analyst/programmer
Prior work with a legal or other professional services firm is preferred
BS degree in a computer related field or equivalent experience
