Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm with more than 2,000 attorneys in 40 locations, currently has an excellent full-time employment opportunity in the New York office. This candidate will capture, edit, mix, and otherwise coordinate video and audio content for internal and external communications, including multimedia, podcasts, videos, and presentations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Create, design, make recommendations, and execute on high quality firm marketing and attorney videos and podcasts
Record Videos and Podcasts
Coordinate equipment and studio setup, including staging, lighting, coaching subjects, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Responsible for audio control and touch-up, including compression, equalization, and background noise reduction
Mixing videos and podcasts with overlays, intros, outros, or other elements, keeping up to date with best practices and available relevant elements, software, etc.
Establish technical guidelines and best practices in coordination with firm branding and media guidelines
Coordinate with the Creative Services, Social Media, and Content colleagues on content, storyboards, production, and formatting of videos and podcasts
Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required

Skills & Competencies
A self-starter and team player, able to accept direction, yet work independently
Experience in videography, video post-production, digital media, and sound and lighting
Ability to produce files into appropriate formats for sharing on firm website, social media platforms, and other digital channels
Excellent prioritization and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
Knowledge of Adobe Cloud programs, After Effects, Audacity, Garageband, Avid, and other video and audio software tools
Attention to detail
Qualifications & Prior Experience
Bachelor’s degree is required
Candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience
High level of proficiency using multiple video and audio equipment
Experience at a law firm or at another professional services firm is preferred
