Fisher Phillips is seeking a Recruiting & Professional Development Coordinator for its Atlanta office. The Coordinator will work with the Recruiting & Development Team to perform day-to-day functions of entry level and lateral associate onboarding, recruiting, and development.
Assist with coordinating all aspects of on campus recruiting.
Assist with planning, coordinating and executing the summer associate programs.
Enter and maintain candidate information into the viRecruit database.
Source lateral associate candidates, work with search firms, conduct screening interviews, prepare summaries on lateral candidates, make interview recommendations and draft offer materials.
Assist with the onboarding and coordination of training with the office manager for attorney hires.
Process expense reimbursement requests for candidates and incoming associates.
Create and maintain regular reports and statistical data on summer associate and associate lateral hiring.
Assist with the firm’s diversity initiatives.
Maintain spreadsheets that track bar admission information for all attorneys.
Perform special projects for the Director of Recruiting and Development and the Recruiting and Professional Development Manager as needed.
Bachelors degree; JD preferred. 2+ years of law firm experience and/or attorney search experience is preferred.
Must be able to work independently.

Must be extremely responsive to attorneys, staff, and candidates.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
