The CLE Assistant will work closely with the CLE Administrator, the Director of Professional Development, and the Attorney Development team to support the firm’s CLE accreditation and compliance requirements.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Assist with data entry into CE Manager, the firm's CLE tracking database.
Generate certificates of attendance, CLE compliance reports, and CLE forms (e.g. attendance sheets,
Maintain the firm’s official CLE files, including electronic filings.
Distribute CLE records to departing attorneys.
Create training schedules and enter roster information for in-house training programs.
Provide support with accessing the firm's external training platforms such as WestLegalEd Center, PLI, IP Chat Channel, and Hotshot).
Update CLE content on the Attorney Development intranet page.
Support local office Attorney Development liaisons on CLE matters as needed.
Assist the CLE Administrator in responding to inquiries regarding CLE compliance and program accreditation.
Maintain information in spreadsheets, charts, and databases, as needed.
Perform other duties as needed.
This position may require travel.

Knowledge of CLE rules and familiarity with CLE tracking databases (e.g. Micron CE Manager) or other learning management systems preferred.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year working in an administrative support role or equivalent preferred. Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment a plus.
