The Legal Department plays a pivotal role in our mission by helping drive business goals while minimizing risk to the company. As Corporate Counsel, you will be part of a smart, collaborative team of attorneys who handle the review and negotiation of all of Credit Karmas contracts. You will work closely with members of our legal team and cross-functional teams across the organization. The role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do:
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including professional services agreements, software licenses, revenue agreements with large financial institutions, and confidentiality agreements.
Work with internal clients to advise on negotiation strategy and ensure the contemplated legal terms will meet business needs over the long term.
Develop and improve our library of form agreements.
Collaborate with other members of the legal team and internal stakeholders on ad-hoc projects.

What We Expect:
JD from top law school and excellent academic credentials.
Member of the California Bar.
Direct experience advising clients, including public and private technology companies.
2+ years prior in-house experience, with 1-3 years of experience as a corporate associate at a large law firm a plus.
