Perkins Coie LLP has an immediate opening for a Support Analyst supporting technical and A/V services to the Los Angeles office of attorneys and staff. You will be responsible for end-user support, documentation of user requests and tickets, project support and maintenance, and the inventory tracking of hardware, peripherals, and other equipment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, emphasize customer service practices, be a problem solver, and have moderate technical knowledge. You are passionate about resolving user support issues and questions while performing administrative and maintenance duties.

Preferred Skills: Basic network troubleshooting skills and knowledge for both LAN and WAN as well as some knowledge of Active Directory environments and Microsoft SCCM. Additionally, knowledge of legal-specific software for Document Management Systems, records management, and timekeeping.
Education & Experience: Requires 1 to 2 years of experience in a technical support environment or equivalent. Basic knowledge of standard PC hardware and software used in office environments. A+ Network+, MCSE, or equivalent technical education preferred. Previous law firm experience beneficial.
