Uses appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods necessary for Law firms to gain acceptance of a product, service, or idea from prospects and clients. Partners with client managers/product specialists to meet territory goals.
Desires and acquires knowledge within specialized practice areas to effectively understand the overall needs of the customer
Exhibits a positive service aptitude, and can identify opportunities within accounts; understands competitor products and builds effective relationships and product solutions to build preference for Thomson Reuters products

Provides product training and demonstrations for existing and/or potential customers through customer visits and online training
Works with Client Managers, Account Executives and Management teams in achieving regional and divisional goals

Assist in developing, marketing, and conducting training classes at customer locations
Maintains a superior level of knowledge and understanding/expertise on Westlaw, Practical Law and other products and practice areas relevant to law firm customers.
Maintains high level of knowledge and understanding of the business, systems, promotions and Thomson Reuters' objectives and all other applications as appropriate.
Closely partners with appropriate field team and others on a formal and informal basis to achieve customer training and usage/revenue goals as well as overall customer satisfaction.
Accurately log and report daily activities via various business systems.
Perform other related duties/special projects as directed by management in a timely and accurate manner.
J.D. degree required
Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of legal industry experience, practice experience preferred
Strong communication, presentation and legal research skills
Ability to travel to customer locations
Strong customer focus
Sales experience and aptitude a plus
Interested in working independently and in a team environment
Customer retention and revenue focus required
Experience/background in online legal research tools
High degree of professionalism and flexibility
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite and internet required
