Overseeing all onboarding, offboarding, and performing exit interviews
Experience with budgets
Construct and review job postings/descriptions and salary ranges.
Sourcing and screening lateral and partners
Supervising new hire orientating
Working on various special projects and programs when necessary
Superb client relationship skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Talent to drive change
Excellent listening and coaching skills
5-7 years in law firm professional recruitment
Managerial experience preferred
Prior experience in a large law firm setting
Bachelors’ degree required
Experience with HR Databases
Open to Relocation
