The General College Counsel acts as internal legal counsel to the President and college administration on a wide variety of topics, including contract negotiation, labor and employment, procurement, public finance, construction, collective bargaining, compliance, risk management, and other issues that arise in the higher education environment.

Membership in good standing in the Oregon State Bar, or membership in good standing in another state bar, and eligibility to gain admission in the Oregon State Bar within six (6) months of hire
