How Will You Make a Difference?
Oversee lateral litigation hiring needs for multiple U.S. offices, including working with attorneys and the litigation practice group leader to address needs, source for candidates, and manage the interview and offer process
Be the initial point of contact for assigned offices, legal staff candidates and search firms, and communicate with them throughout the recruiting process
Coordinate with department and practice group leadership to determine needs for the summer program and entry level recruiting in assigned offices
Manage the summer program including planning office events, the firmwide summer retreat, overseeing budgets, and coordinating work assignments and evaluations
Represent the firm at career fairs, on-campus interview programs and law school events
Oversee judicial clerkship hiring
Support advancing diversity and inclusion through the firm’s recruiting programs
Contribute to firmwide recruiting initiatives by working on special projects
What Will You Bring to the Table?
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to think strategically, work independently, and value attention to detail
Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment and contribute to effective team relationships
