Cooley is seeking a Legal Education Manager to join the Legal Education team. The Legal Education Manager is charged with creating and implementing substantive legal training programs firmwide which serve to further the long-term professional development of the firm's Business Department attorneys. The Legal Education Manager will work with the Director of Legal Education, the broader Professional Development team, the Legal Talent team, firm management and department and practice group leadership to support legal training initiatives that help Business Department lawyers meet professional, business and client service goals.

Candidates must have a JD degree and strong project management skills. Also required is 4+ years practicing as an attorney, preferably in a large law firm environment, as well as 2+ years of supervisory experience. Preferred candidates will have 4+ years of experience in attorney training and development. Experience in the design and execution of adult education and programs and experience with technology-based training are also preferred.
