The Job: We are seeking an outstanding, experienced attorney to join our team. Our attorneys lead complex and cutting-edge litigation in the areas of consumer protection, administrative law, bankruptcy, and anti-discrimination. They maintain strong relationships with our clients and partners, and are excellent advocates. The ideal candidate will have:

A commitment to using litigation and advocacy to combat systemic inequality;
An interest in working with clients and colleagues of diverse backgrounds; and

This is an initial appointment through June 2021, with renewal subject to funding and Project need. We are looking to fill the position as soon as possible, and applications will be accepted and evaluated on a rolling basis until the position is filled. Salary is commensurate with experience. Union: 00 - Non Union, Exempt or Temporary
Candidates must have a J.D. and be admitted to the Massachusetts bar or have the ability to receive temporary admission pursuant to Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:04. A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
Background in the fields of civil rights, consumer protection, and/or administrative law are especially relevant but not required. Some travel may be required.
