Adduci Mastriani & Schaumberg is seeking an in-house IT Support Analyst to take full responsibility for managing the day-to-day issues of our end-users and support on-going IT initiatives.
A dynamic law firm of 35+ end-users, we are looking for an individual to engage with and provide prompt, competent support to attorneys and staff. The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical assistance and training for lawyers and support staff of the firm, including support for a variety of software applications and maintenance of IT hardware and software. Ideally our preferred candidate would have experience with, but not limited to, Office 365 and Office 2013+ suite; iManage on Premise; Concordance; Microsoft Server 2008+; Microsoft SQL Server 2008+; Active Directory; Group Policy; DNS; DHCP.
Provide day-to-day technical assistance and support for all IT-related issues
Create and maintain all documentation
Provide end-user training and onboarding
Install, modify, and diagnose issues with computer hardware, software and peripherals
Install/Setup computer peripherals for users
Work with managed service provider to provide solutions and recommendations for network infrastructure
Understand and configure AV systems
5+ years’ experience Helpdesk support
2+ years’ experience AV system support
2+ years’ law firm experience
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Experience with deadlines and pressure situations and ability to maintain a calm and composed attitude
