The In-house Associate Attorney (“IAA”) will be a member of CanAm’s in-house legal team and will be primarily responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of investment-linked EB-5 matters for CanAm’s projects and investor-clients. Major responsibilities include monitoring, coordinating and preparing filings in support of Forms I-924, I-526, I-829, I-924A and responding to inquiries from outside counsel and/or governmental agencies (e.g., USCIS). The IAA will also work closely with the department’s Paralegal to track filing requirements and adhere to internal and external deadlines. Future development opportunities for the IAA include involvement in CanAm’s investment deal sourcing and loan closing processes, EB-5 redeployment, and management of the department’s support staff.

2-3 years of full-time legal experience [business immigration experience preferred (but not required to apply)]
