The Richmond and Tysons offices of McGuireWoods seeks an Associate to join the Banking and Finance Practice.

We combine banking and finance, tax-advantaged finance and project finance structuring expertise with an in-depth knowledge of banking, securities, commercial business, energy, real estate, environmental, incentives and tax matters for public-private partnerships, economic development, energy and infrastructure of all types. Our exposure to nearly every related federal legal issue, coupled with our expansive state law experience, allows us to help our clients successfully navigate a closing anywhere in the US and its possessions.
Qualified candidates will have 4-7 years of extensive law firm transactional experience for a position in its banking and finance practice for work that spans infrastructure and tax advantaged finance, project development and finance, securities and energy on a national basis.
