Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, an Am Law 100 firm, is currently seeking a Software Trainer for our San Francisco and Palo Alto offices.
The Software Trainer will be responsible for providing classroom, individual and automated software training to the firm's attorneys and staff. The ideal candidate will assist in developing training programs and customizing training materials such as online learning modules, software manuals and quick reference guides which will enable the lawyers and staff to best utilize the Firm's technology. Candidates with previous training experience in Microsoft Office, NetDocuments, Best Authority and Adobe Acrobat as well as other legal-specific software packages will be strongly preferred. Experience creating eLearning modules with Captivate and/or Articulate is a plus.
Daily activities are under the supervision of the Director of Technology Services and the Software Trainer will work closely with the local Technology Services Administrators and Office Administrators.
This position will be located in the San Francisco office and will be responsible for training in the following offices: San Francisco and Palo Alto. Travel to the Palo Alto Office is required on a weekly basis and as needed.
