A challenging and interesting role as member of a team within the General Counsel Division, providing legal coverage to one of the bank's current key regulatory projects, affecting bank wide all divisions and regions.
A role where you act as an interface between legal and business and are responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice to various partners related to products and contracts affected by the regulatory changes focusing on lending products (margin, mortgages, RAL, corporate finance etc.).
A role within the legal stream of an interdisciplinary project in which you will be accountable for contract review as well as amendments to a portfolio of different types of contracts, and act as 2nd level support to negotiation teams.

A university degree in Law (JD, Master, LLM, etc.), a qualification as an attorney is an advantage.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking industry or in a law firm with a focus on lending products.
Strong interest in financial products, the current legal and regulatory developments applicable to finance products and affecting the finance industry.
Already proven strong project management and analytical skills with a distinct flair for handling challenging issues.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building up relationships with internal partners which help you to work as trusted advisor to several stakeholders within the project.
You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude.
As a committed team member, you show the ability to work efficiently and independently.
You have proven skills of Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English are required, solid understanding of German is an advantage.
It would be a strong plus if you bring knowledge of any additional language (e.g. French or Italian).
