We are seeking an associate Immigration Attorney for a boutique immigration practice. This position will require legal research and writing, as well as some client contact and appearances before USCIS and EOIR Immigration Court.
The ideal candidate must have at least one year of law firm work experience in the area of immigration law, and a demonstrable interest in practicing immigration law; Strong legal writing skills a must; Fluency in Spanish is a plus; Must be admitted in New Jersey and New York.
In addition to these requirements, this person should be detail oriented, organized, and a team player.
