Advise Securitized Products business in connection with ABS term and warehouse lending transactions
Advise on '33 and '34 Act, Investment Company Act, Volcker Rule, federal and state consumer regulatory matters, collateral security requirements and creditor rights
Review documentation, including loan agreements, underwriting agreements, opinions of external counsel, engagement letters and offering documents
Attend committee meetings including applicable credit, investment and escalation committee meetings
Coordinate with external counsel on transactions
Partner with various control functions including Credit Risk Management, Reputational Risk, Tax, Compliance, Litigation and Corporat e Secretary
Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience at a law firm and/or investment bank
Expertise in a range of ABS asset classes and warehouse financing of financial assets
Ability to successfully handle multiple complex transactions and projects with tight deadlines
Ability to advise senior bankers, traders and capital markets professionals on a broad variety of topics
Admitted to the NY bar
