Well-established, mid-size, downtown Lincoln, Nebraska law firm has an immediate full-time opening for one or more experienced litigation attorneys. Experience in litigation defense work, including depositions, courtroom appearances and trial, is essential. A minimum of five years of experience in general litigation defense with an interest in medical malpractice defense is preferred.
Successful candidates will work closely with partners whose practices include insurance defense, personal injury and professional liability. Ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be licensed to practice in Nebraska or pursuing admission to the bar in Nebraska.
